The Norphans board has selected 100 children/grandchildren/great-grandchildren of North Catholic grads to receive $500 grants for the current school year. These grants are based on a combination of academic success and financial need, and are for the current school year only.
The grants, totaling $50,000 for the current school year, were awarded to students at 18 different Catholic High Schools in the southeast Pennsylvania and south New Jersey areas, including 79 grants to 8 Philadelphia Catholic Schools, 11 grants to 3 Bucks County Schools, and 10 grants which were spread out to 7 schools in Montgomery, Delaware, Camden, Gloucester and Cumberland counties.
